Postage to any mainland UK address is FREE on all items on this website!

Postage to non mainland UK address postage is £12.50 per item. 

We dispatch all our items by either a 24-hour courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery service. However, we request that customers allow a maximum 10-day period for delivery to allow us to process orders.

If you require an item to arrive in time for a specific date (i.e. a birthday) please contact us and we will do what we can to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee delivery beyond the 10-day period stated.

Items are packaged in using a combination of bubble wrap and foam in order to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Packages will arrive between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only and a signature is required upon receipt.

Occasionally items are damaged in transit. This is unfortunately unavoidable and we apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by this. However, we will do everything we can to replace the item as soon as possible, completely free of charge.

If you receive a damaged item we ask that you keep it in the original packaging and call 07563 347048 to arrange a collection. We are unable to offer any kind of replacement or refund on items returned to us more than 14 days after receipt by the customer.
